Welcome to Week 5 of the Spring Stress Less Challenge!
This week, we are focusing on our living room and dining room.
In case you missed week 1 check it out HERE! During week 1 of the challenge, we focused on rest and self-care in order to reduce stress levels.
Living Room and Dinning Room
· Clean out and organize baskets, drawers, bookshelves, entertainment areas, and cabinets.
· Sweep, vacuum, mop the floors, baseboards etc.
· Dust.
· Window/Mirrors.
· Donate any unused items you don’t want.
· Redecorate for Spring and everyday use.
